Domestic Shipping (Within India)

All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 8 business days from the date of order confirmation. We ship via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post, depending on service availability and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier service’s website.
  • Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Kristall Ocean Export Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, holidays).
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. We will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


International Shipping

International orders are also processed and dispatched within 8 business days from the date of order confirmation. We ship via registered international courier services and/or International Speed Post, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 45 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier service.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. Please note that international tracking may be subject to limited updates depending on the destination country’s postal system.
  • Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and any other charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid separately upon delivery, in accordance with local laws.
  • Shipping Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, courier handling, or local holidays. Kristall Ocean Export Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any delays or additional charges incurred.
  • Restricted Locations: We may not be able to deliver to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions or regulatory issues. If we are unable to fulfill your international order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


General Terms for All Orders

  • Order Processing Time: Dispatch occurs within 8 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Non-Delivery: In case a package is returned to us due to non-availability of the recipient, incorrect address, or refusal to pay import duties, the order will be considered cancelled. A refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and return charges.
